The design centers around the “framed balcony,” placed at the heart of the home, allowing greenery and light to permeate daily life. The space is no longer a static structure but an organic entity that moves with the breeze and resonates with the light. Through a language of purity and restrained simplicity, the inhabitants rediscover inner tranquility.

Here, light and shadow are the gentlest storytellers. During the day, expansive floor-to-ceiling glass invites abundant sunlight in. As time passes, the shadows of sunlight and foliage softly fall upon floors and walls like delicate ink paintings, constantly transforming into new scenes. At night, calmness returns, with indirect lighting casting a warm and just-right glow throughout the space. Light not only illuminates but also participates in the space’s breath, layering the emotional depth of home as time flows.

This project embraces a design philosophy of refined simplicity and wabi-sabi. The color palette is grounded in off-white, soft gray, and light wood tones. Low-saturation hues cultivate a serene and harmonious visual experience. Sparse black elements, like ink-drawn outlines, perfectly balance the lightness of the space. Warm wood textures, refined stone surfaces, and matte lacquered cabinetry preserve their purest grains and tactile details, enriching both touch and sight. Crisp lines combined with natural materials in fabric sofas, stone coffee tables, and solid wood dining tables echo each other, allowing every piece to resonate with the space, shaping an atmosphere both simple and warm.
